Standard Shipping

All our items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery and require a signature upon receipt. Your tracking information can be found on your order dispatch email. If you require another copy of your tracking information please email us with your order number and delivery details. 

Items which are larger than shoebox size are generally dispatched within 7-10 working days as finishing and packaging work may take significantly longer. 

During the busiest times of year (i.e. Christmas) this may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to contact or inform you whenever any items fall outside this 7-10 working day range or if an item becomes unavailable, due to another local works or artist for which we rely upon them for all or component parts of a product.

All orders are packed by our trusted team, and are checked upon dispatch to make sure your goods arrive to you in perfect condition. Any delivery queries or discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving your delivery.
